First Fridays Farm Class | 2025
us the first Friday of each month learning about the different animals, equipment, and plants that we have here at the farm. Each class provides hands-on & engaging lessons for 45 minutes with Miss Lindsay, followed by 45 minutes of open farm play with all of the animals! Welcome to all ages!

Farm Science & Animal Care Class
September 2025 thru April 2026
Thursdays | 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Ages 5–18
Students spend the day at Smith Acres learning hands-on animal care, farm chores, seasonal gardening, nature studies, and real-world farm science. Each week builds practical skills, critical thinking, responsibility, and confidence — all while enjoying the outdoors.
Available for Direct Pay through SUFS Marketplace. $335/student

We do it for you! It all started out for a way to raise money to support our local Veteran & First Responder Families. We are honored to say we are able to provide services, space, and retreats for them at no cost to them. ♥️ But in the process, we also fell in love with our community!

If you, or someone you know, is a Veteran, Married, and was deployed anytime between 2010-2024… We have a super special treat… RETREAT for you! A 3-day Valentine’s Day Retreat!
Thursday, February 13, 2025 to Saturday, February 16th, 2025
Attendee is responsible for transportation to/from retreat location. All accommodation, food, drink, event & entertainment expenses will be at no cost to the attendee.
